Business Planning - Your agents and managers the value of having a written business plan. The class learns why a written business plan is necessary to their individual success, and then the class prepares an actual business plan. After answering a 19-point questionnaire, the automated business plan is created and reviewed. The agents then learn how they can use their new knowledge to customize a business plan for themselves. Intrernet tools, hand-outs and downloadable business planning guides are provided.   Class duration - 2 hours
